    By signing below, the undersigned agrees to guarantee the minimum spend as outlined in the agreement between the Client and the venue.

    Cancellations & Changes
    No fee for cancellations or guest count changes made more than 48 hours in advance. Changes or cancellations or decrease in headcount made within 24–48 hours are subject to a $25 per person fee.

    Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are non-refundable.

    If your party exceeds the confirmed guest count, additional guests will be charged at the agreed per-person rate.

    Additional Charges
    Tax (8.875%), Gratuity (20%), and a Credit Card Processing Fee (3.5%) will be added to all final charges.

    To avoid the processing fee, you’re welcome to pay with cash on the day of your event.

    General Policies
    No decorations other than tabletop pieces.

    Please refrain from bringing balloons, confetti, glitter, banners, or similar items.

    A cake-cutting fee applies to any outside desserts.

    An administrative fee will be added for parties of 20 or more guests.

    Arrival & Holding Tables
    Tables are held for 20 minutes from the reservation start time. If no guest from your party has arrived after that window, the table will be released.

    Cancellations must be confirmed via email to avoid applicable charges.

    Authorization
    By signing, you authorize the venue to charge this card only if the minimum spend is not met or the cancellation/no-show policy is not followed. Otherwise, this card will only be used to hold the reservation, and the final bill may be split among up to four payment methods.
